Dropbox Integration

Dropbox users, welcome! Our marketing integration allows you to seamlessly push content from TINT into your Dropbox library when UGC rights are granted and they are in UGC Studio.  So let's get started.

How to add the Dropbox Integration to TINT

  1. Click on account at the top right
  2. Click into Team Settings
  3. Click on Integrations
  4. Click +Add
  5. Find Dropbox and click to select
  6. Click on Connect
  7. This will open a pop up for you to sign into Dropbox
  8. Then the connection will appear in your Integration list in TINT

How to make your folder from Dropbox visible on TINT

To publish your content from UGC Studio, you need to have a shared folder in Dropbox.  If you do not have a shared folder, it will not be able to publish it to Dropbox and the Publish button will seem not to work. 

  1. Go into Dropbox
  2. Select the folder you want to appear in TINT
  3. Click on the ... > Share > Share with Dropbox
  4. Then type in the email addresses you want to share with.  If you don't want to share this with anyone else, either put your own email in again or use a spare email address.
  5. Click the Share button
  6. This should change the look of the folder from this mceclip0.png to this mceclip1.png

How to publish from UGC Studio to Dropbox

After you have requested UGC Rights, all approved content will show up in UGC Studio.

To publish your content from UGC Studio, you need to have a shared folder in Dropbox.  If you do not have a shared folder, it will not be able to publish it to Dropbox and the Publish button will seem not to work. 

  1. In UGC Studio, select the images or videos you want to see appear in Dropbox either on the My Assets or My Collections 
  2. Click Publish
  3. A pop up side bar will appear, select your Dropbox account and then another dropdown will appear to select the folder. If there's no second dropbox, please the section on how to get your folder to be shared.
  4. Click Publish
  5. A small box will appear to say it's publishing assets
  6. Once it say publishing assets completed, go to your DropBox account, click on the folder you have sent it to and your files should be in there.
