How to add a Facebook Product Account
- Click on your name in the right-hand corner
- Click on Team Settings
- Click on Product Account
- Click on +Add button
- Select Facebook and click next
- If you aren't already logged into your Facebook account which has your catalogues, log in
- Click on Continue to allow TINT manage to your product catalogues.
- Your Facebook account will appear in the Product Account list
How to add a Facebook Product Feed
- Click on your name in the right-hand corner
- Click on Team Settings
- Click on Product Feeds
- Click on the +Add button
- Select Facebook and click next
- Select your Facebook Product account
- Select the catalogue you want to add
- Click the Add button
- Your Facebook Product Feed should appear and the products should appear once you refresh the screen
How to view your products
- In Product Feeds, click on ... next to the CSV file that you would like to see the products list for
- Click on View Products
- This will load the list
- Now you will be able to look through your products list
You can also view the detail of every single product if you hover over the line item you want to look at and click the following button: and it gives you an overall view in a popup on the right-hand side.
How to archived/unarchive your products
You can archive or unarchive products inside the View Products without having to upload your CSV file again.
- Click on ... next to the item that you want to archive or unarchive
- This should move the item to the Active side of the filter or the Archived side of the filter.
How to delete a Product Feed
To delete a Product Feed:
- In Product Feeds, click on ... next to the Product Feed you would like to delete
- Click on Delete
- A popup will appear in the middle of the screen saying: This action will permanently delete your product feed application. Are you sure you still want to continue?
- Click on Okay to continue with deleting the Product feed
- The Product Feed will disappear from the list
How to export your Facebook Product Feed as a CSV file
If you would like to export your Custom Product Feed as a CSV file, you can do this by:
- In Product Feeds, click on ... next to the Product Feed you would like to export
- Click on Export to CSV
- Then the download will automatically start
