Important Notes
Shopify is not compatible with our multi-account setup. If you get a 422 error and a blank page when adding Shopify, please check to make sure you are a single-account user. To check this:
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner
- If you have another team you can switch to, you will have the switching option
In the scenario where you belong to multiple teams, there are two approaches to consider for adding Shopify to TINT. Firstly, you can get assistance from a team member who is a single user to add the option. Alternatively, you can add yourself as a collaborator with a + variation added to your email if you have a Google hosted email address, which would add you as a single user. For example, yourname+shopify@yourcompany.com to clearly denote the purpose of this account.
