Product Feed - BigCommerce

How to add a BigCommerce Product Account

  1. Click on your name in the right-hand corner
  2. Click on Team Settings
  3. Click on Product Account
  4. Click on +Add button
  5. Click on BigCommerce and click Next
  6. Fill in the information which you will find under your store on BigCommerce. Access Token and External ID.  For more information on how to find this, click here or scroll to the section How to get your Access Token and External ID information.  
  7. Click on Connect
  8. This should add your Product Feed account to TINT

How to add a BigCommerce Product Feed

  1. Click on your name in the right-hand corner
  2. Click on Team Settings
  3. Click on Product Feeds
  4. Click on the +Add button
  5. Click on BigCommerce
  6. Click on Select Account and pick from the dropdown the account that you want to add the Product Feed from
  7. Click on the catalog you want to add 
  8. Click to Add
  9. Your Product Feed will be in the list

How to get your Access Token and External ID information

  1. Sign in to your BigCommerce account.
  2. Select Advanced Settings from the main menu, then click API Accounts. If you haven't created an API account yet, click the Create API Account button and follow the instructions to set up a new API account.
  3. After creating an API account, you will see a list of all API accounts. Click on the name of the API account you want to use.
  4. On the API account details page, your access token will be listed under Legacy API Path. Copy the access token.
  5. To find your external ID, scroll down to the OAuth2 section and click the Create Token button. On the next page, you'll see your external ID under "App UUID". Copy the external ID.

Please note that depending on the version of the BigCommerce platform you are using, the process of finding the access token and external ID may be slightly different.
