Profile Tab
How to change your Profile page settings
- Go to top right-hand corner and click on your name
- Click on Personal Settings
- You will land on the Profile page
- Here you will be able to upload a picture of yourself and update your name and email
- Once you have made your changes, click Save and your profile will be updated
Account Security Tab
How to change your password inside TINT
- Go to the top right-hand corner and click on your name
- Click on Personal Settings
- Click on Account Security
- Fill in your new password following the guidelines
- Put the same password in again
- Click Save
- A popup will appear to put in your current password. If you do not know this, click Cancel, log out and follow the forgotten password method to change your password.
- Click Confirm Password
- This will update your password
Temporary Support Access Tab
How to switch on/off Temporary Support Access
For Support to access your account to help you. you may need to switch on Temporary Support Access. Please note that is User based so if you switch this on/off, this will apply to all teams that you are in.
- Go to top right-hand corner and click on your name
- Click on Personal Settings
- Click on Temporary Support Access
- Click Enable or Disable Support Access. You will need your password to enable this feature. If this is your first time switching this on, you will be giving Support 7 days to look into your account. The timer will let you know how long you have left. Older users will have this switched on automatically until the date specified.
- If Enabling, click Confirm Password
