Overview of Google News

Adding a Google News connection will keep your TINT updated with the latest trending stories around the world. Google News articles are aggregated by how often a story appears online, freshness, location, relevance, diversity, and a number of other parameters. TINT also adds support for multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Chinese.

Google News has three different feed options you can select to refine your results. These include Search Term, Location, and Topic.
