How to add a Bazaarvoice Product Account

1. Click on your name in the right-hand corner
2. Click on Team Settings
3. Click on Product Account
4. Click on +Add button
5. Click on Bazaarvoice and click Next
6. Fill in the passkey.  You should find this in your Portal.  If you do not have a passkey, either email support@bazaarvoice.com or submit a request for the Conversations API keys by creating a ticket on the Bazaarvoice Support Community
7. Click Connect
8. Your Bazaarvoice Product Account will be listed 

How to add a Bazaarvoice Product Feed

1. Click on your name in the right-hand corner
2. Click on Team Settings
3. Click on Product Feeds
4. Click on the +Add button
5. Click on Bazaarvoice
6. Click on Select Account and pick from the dropdown the account that you want to add the Product Feed from
7. Click Add
8. Your Bazaarvoice Product feed will appear 

How to sync your Bazaarvoice Product Feed

1. Find the Product you want to sync
2. Click on the ... next to the product feed
3. Click on Sync Feed
4. This will Sync the Product feed information that we have stored against Bazaarvoice's version and update any information that is different

How to delete your Bazaarvoice Product Feed

1. Find the Product you want to delete
2. Click on the ... next to the product feed
3. Click on Delete
4. A pop-up will come up with the following:
   Are you sure?
   This action will permanently delete your product feed application. Are you sure you still want to continue?
5. Click Ok to delete and cancel to not delete this feed
6. The product feed will disappear from your list

How to Export the Bazaarvoice Product feed as a CSV file

1. Find the Product you want to export the CSV file for
2. Click on the ... next to the product feed
3. Click on Export to CSV
4. This will start the download
