There are multiple ways how to upload your Terms and Conditions but we have added a section where you can see all of them in an easy list.
How to add a Terms and Conditions via the Terms and Conditions section
Manual
- Click on Name in the right-hand corner
- Click on Team Settings
- Click on the Terms and Conditions section
- Click on + Add
- A popup window on the right-hand side will appear
- Type in what you want to name the Terms and Conditions
- Keep Manual Selected
- Type in the title that will show in the link
- Copy or type in the Terms and Conditions that will show in the link. You can use Markdown to style. For more information on Markdown, please click here.
- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the list
Document Upload
- Click on Name in the right-hand corner
- Click on Team Settings
- Click on the Terms and Conditions section
- Click on + Add
- A popup window on the right-hand side will appear
- Type in what you want to name the Terms and Conditions
- Change it to Upload
- Pick the Terms and Conditions document you want to upload. We support .doc, .docx and .pdf.
- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the list
How to add Terms and Conditions via Rights Management section
This would normally be done as part of a Rights request on a post.
- Click on the Get Rights symbol

First, you will do STEP 1: POST FROM/SELECT SUBACCOUNT and STEP 2: SELECT A SAVED COMMENT. Click here to learn more on how to do this.

Click the Terms & Conditions Section.

Click on “Add Saved Terms & Conditions”

For Manual:

A popup window on the right-hand side will appear
- Type in what you want to name the Terms and Conditions
- Keep Manual Selected
- Type in the title that will show in the link
- Copy or type in the Terms and Conditions that will show in the link. You can use Markdown to style. For more information on Markdown, please click here.
- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the list in the dropdown

For Upload:
- A popup window on the right will appear
- Type in what you want to name the Terms and Conditions
- Change it to Upload
- Pick the Terms and Conditions document you want to upload. We support .doc, .docx and .pdf.
- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the dropdown list
- Click Apply to get the rights for that post
How to add Terms and Conditions via Form Builder section

You would add the Rights Management Consent element
- Click on it to edit
- Edit the label and the link label

Click on “Add Saved Terms & Conditions”

- Type in the title that will show in the link

- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the list in the dropdown

- Click Save
- Your Terms and Conditions should appear in the dropdown list
- Click Done
- Click Publish to publish the changes
How to Preview Terms and Conditions
- Click on ... on the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Preview
- The Terms and Conditions will open for you to preview in a separate window
How to edit Terms and Conditions
- Click on ... on the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Edit
- Make the changes you need to make
- Click on Update
How to remove Terms and Conditions from the list
You can never truly delete Terms and Conditions as they may be linked to a Rights Request message or a particular form that you have used so if it's linked somewhere the link will still work. However, you can archive them so they can't be used again. Before archiving, please beware that it's not possible to unarchive them.
- Click on ... on the Terms and Conditions
- Click on Archive
- This will remove the Terms and Conditions from the list
