How to add a CreatorIQ social feed

  1. Navigate to the TINT Editor and the CONTENT panel found on the left-hand side of the page. The Content panel is where you add connections to your TINT. Simply click the CreatorIQ  icon to start

  2. Pick your CreatorIQ Account from the sidebar that appears on the right.  If you don't have a CreatorIQ account listed in the dropdown box, click on add account which will take you to the next screen to add your API key.  Once the account has been selected, it will load all your campaigns from that account and select the campaign you would like as a feed

  4. To control Moderation on the social feed, select or unselect "I would like to manually approve posts before they appear publicly on my TINT".

Useful Information

  • We have no control over the quality of the content as TINT pulls in the content in the original format that has been sent to us
  • Currently, there is no video content due to a restriction on CreatorIQ API
  • Rights-approved content will need to be marked inside CreatorIQ for TINT to be able to show the content as rights approved within TINT.  If you do not see any content pulled in, check in CreatorIQ to make sure this detail has been filled in
  • Campaigns - Campaign lists will be refreshed and updated every two hours
  • Any rights with an end date will expire on that date and be marked on TINT as “rights approval expired” if this information is supplied by CreatorIQ
  • Names of campaigns listed are ingested directly from CreatorIQ
  • Rights expired content will automatically be removed from any embeds
  • UGC Studio will contain all CreatorIQ rights-approved content, including any with expired approvals
